Terms & Conditions


Cancellation

All Cancellation must be done on the latest 1 month ( 4 weeks prior to  the event) in writing to Dream occasions. a Cancellation fee will be liable for deduction in order to cover starting cost on all events.

Cancellation within 4 weeks of event will result in a forfeit of all monies received. ( No Refund)

 25 % Refund will only be given on a Cancellation in any cases of death of Direct Family ( Death Certificate to be shown to us in order to Receive Refund.


Payment

50% Deposit  on Bookings are  Payable upon acceptance of quote .

Rest of amount ( 50%) on Event must be paid within  latest 3 weeks prior to Event/Wedding.

If  outstanding payment is not settled on day of event dream occasions will not performed required tasks .

Receipts of all payments must be kept safe by both the parties of Dream Occasions & Client.

Signed contract between Dream Occasions & Client must be kept safe in the case of Fire etc. For both Dream Occasions/Clients own safety.
